KARAFURU is back online

The lights are on again.

For a while, karafuru.world was a parking page. Behind it sat a stack of ten separate services, each one needing a server, a database and somebody awake to watch it. That stack is what took us offline, and reviving it would only have bought us the same outage twice.

So we rebuilt the front door instead.

What’s different

The site you’re reading is a set of static pages. There is no admin panel to break at 3am, no database behind the homepage, and no bill that grows while nobody is looking. Pages are files. Posts are files. The whole thing is built once and served from the edge.

That sounds like a downgrade. It isn’t — it’s the difference between a site that needs a team and a site that needs a writer.

What’s coming back

• The gallery. Every piece, every trait, searchable.
• The lore. Rewritten, in one place, readable start to finish.
• The shop. Prints and merch first, with checkout handled by a proper store provider rather than something we maintain ourselves.
• Soft staking and points. The big one. Details below.

About your points

Nothing about your balance changed while the site was down. When soft staking comes back, your existing stakes carry over — you will not be asked to unstake and re-stake, and Season 1 balances will not be recalculated under new rules. Whatever comes next applies to what you earn next.
